SEASON PASS POLICIES

2021/2022 Season Pass Policy:

 

The Season Pass consists of:

• Renting out one (1) simulator SAME TIME EVERY WEEK for 5-10 consecutive weeks

(5-10 weeks depending on the pass that you've purchased).

• Simulator packages/passes can be split between 2 people.

• No instruction is included.

 

What’s included:

• 1 Simulator per season pass.

• 1 Hour per session.

• Reserve time slot for 5-10 consecutive weeks (5 or 10 weeks depending on the pass that you've purchased).

• Same time slot every week.

 

 

A NO REFUND POLICY: 

A no refund policy is in effect once the Season Pass has been purchased. If, for any reason, the passholder cannot make their reservation, at their discretion, they can send a guest for that day.

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

If and only if, The Mercer County Parks Commission closes The Mercer County Golf Academy due to inclement weather, another week will be added onto your package. If passholder chooses not to use their timeslot while we are open, they have then lost their reservation for that week.

​If a passholder requests to transfer a pass to a family member or friend, no money will be refunded; they will instead, take your place in that days reservation.
